Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie!

I have always had a major sweet tooth, a bar of Dairy Milk used to be my sweet evening treat, but since cutting out dairy I have found it hard to fill this void... But when I made this smoothie it became my ultimate sweet fix
I recently purchased a smoothie maker from Amazon and have been experimenting with recipes ever since but this has to be my ultimate favourite. It's sweetmilky and is perfect for breakfast.

The 3 main ingredients you need are:

  • 200ml Almond Milk - My personal favourite is Alpro but you can use any.
  • 1 and a half Bananas- The riper the better!
  • 1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter.
Simply put all of the ingredients into the blender, blend for 2 minutes, put in a glass with some ice and enjoy!!

Optional Extras you could also add:

  • 1 teaspoon of Cacao powder.
  • Honey.
  • Oats.
  • Yoghurt - I love Alpro Soya Almond flavoured.
