Tesco Free From Pizza Bases

Anyone that knows me, knows that I'm a massive lover of pizza! Saturday nights used to be spent making Pizza bases and covering them with lashings of cheese and pepperoni. But how times have changed! Now finding a pizza that's Gluten free has become relatively easy thanks to Supermarkets Free From sections. But finding one that is Gluten free and Dairy free has become a difficult task so I decided to take matters into my own hands.
I has heard through the grapevines of Twitter that Tesco had a new range of free from goodies and I immediately took these home and tried them out!

Now they are £2.00 for the packet and I'll admit they are pretty small, but if your after a tasty lunch then these are ideal. All you have to do is take them out of the packet, put them on a tray, cover in tomato puree, veg, ham etc etc and put in the oven for 10 minutes and hey presto a pizza!

The taste is great, make sure to cover all corners of the pizza though because they can become a tad dry. But other than that they are perfect for a little lunch treat.
Below is the picture of the pizza base which I decorated. Now my cheese placement wasn't the best that's why it looks a bit uneven but trust me it was delicious!

I think Tesco have done extremely well with these and I will definitely be trying them again!

Love Lucy xoxo
