Gluten/Dairy Free Sausage Casserole

The warmer winter months mean warming winter dinners. My absolute favourite!
And since the Allergy Show in July when I got to try the Debbie and Andrews Sausages, I've been wanting to try this recipe out! 
The aromas of the paprika and the chorizo make the whole pot smell amazing! 
I served mine with brown rice, I have a new obsession with it since I've learnt how to cook it properly. 

Ingredients: 
-3 Debbie and Andrews Sausages.  
-4 Slices of Chorizo. 
-Peppers - All colours. 
-Mushrooms. 
-Tin of Chopped Tomatoes. 
-2 Tablespoons of Paprika. 
-1 Teaspoon of Garlic. 
-Salt and Pepper for seasoning. 

1. Put some oil in a pan and cook the sausages for about 15 minutes. Move onto a chopping board. 
2. Chop up all of your veg and add to the pan. Stir fry for a couple of minutes until softened. 
3. Slice the sausages up and add them in with the veg. 
4. Sprinkle on the Paprika and Garlic and stir in the chopped tomatoes. Add seasoning if preferred. 
5. Cover with a lid and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. 
6. Move off the heat, serve and enjoy!
