My favourite breakfast smoothie

If you want a really really quick easy breakfast smoothie that will fill you up then this is perfect! 
I love having a green smoothie to start my day, its the simplest and tastiest recipe you can find. 
If you have time the night before I would recommend cutting the banana up and placing it in the fridge, but if not just add some ice in the smoothie in the morning.


  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Handful of Spinach.
  • 250ml Almond Milk (Alpro is the favourite)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter (I like Meridian Smooth Peanut Butter)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Oats.
  1. Basically put all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz for about 3 minutes or until smooth!
  2. Put the smoothie in a cute little jar with a straw and enjoy!
