Oat and Raisin Cookies

Don't you hate it when you get home and fancy a sweet treat and there's nothing in the cupboards! These easy cookies are the best because they only take 10 minutes to prepare, and are full of fresh ingredients which you'll have lying around! The recipe below will make about 12 cookies and I stored mine in a box in the fridge for 2 days. (They didn't last any longer!)
I found this recipe from Deliciously Ella's app, I would recommend downloading it, it's full of easy recipes to make!

Ingredients.
- 150g oats
- 2 bananas
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 red apples
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 75g raisins/sultanas

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees
1. Grate the apples with the peel on. Squeeze them out so your mixture doesn't get too wet.
2. Mash the bananas up and mix them together with the apple.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and stir then through.
4. Grease a baking tray and add about 1 heaped tablespoon on for each cookie, patting them down so they are round (ish)
5. Cook them for about 30 minutes or until golden crown. Leave them to cool for about 10 minutes before eating.
