GF, DF, EF, Vegan waffles!

So whilst on holiday to Barcelona last week, I found I became massively jealous of everyone walking around with freshly made waffles. Knowing I couldn't have them, my brain decided that they were the thing I was going to want the most. So I made an investment in a waffle maker. So far it's been a fantastic decision!! Although, I'm yet to decided how many waffles in one day is too many...
Below is my basic recipe for waffles. This one makes 2 which I find is enough for myself. But if you have a four section maker, simply double the mixture.
There are endless amounts of toppings for waffles. But my favourites are honey and strawberries or almond butter and blueberries 😍
I find that you can also add half a scoop of protein powder to these if your looking for a little extra, perfect for post workout!

Ingredients.
-50g Plain flour (I used Doves)
-1 banana.
- Half a teaspoon of baking powder.
- 50 ml Milk - I find that Almond is the best.
- Vanilla extract.

1. In you food processor, add the banana (sliced) and all other ingredients.
2. Leave the mixture to set for 5/10 minutes (I usually put mine in the fridge)
3. Turn on the waffle maker, when hot pour the mixture on.
4. This mixture usually takes about 4-6 minutes, depending on how powerful your machine is.
5. Put on a plate and add your favourite toppings.
6. Enjoy!
