The Allergy Show London

So on Saturday 9th July I took a train down to London for the Allergy and Free From Show. I visited for the first time last year and simply had to come back this year.
For those of your that don't know, the Allergy Show is a weekend consisting of products, talks, demonstrations and advice which focus on people allergies; Gluten Dairy, Wheat, Eggs, Nuts etc. And it's a free event so you can come along and buy as much or as little as you want. (Although most people walk out with their hands full!)
I had such a good time wondering around trying out the samples, chatting to people at the stalls and listening to different demonstations and talks. I actually had a very sore shoulder right now because my bag was that heavy!!
Here are just some of my favourite purchases from the weekend.

Livia's Kitchen
This was the first stand I set out to find, I follow Livia's Kitchen's blog and love her YouTube videos. Olivia creates desserts all with healthy ingredients such as dates, cacao, almonds etc. These Raw Millionaire Bites are THE best thing I've tasted and I buy these everytime I visit London from Wholefoods and Selfridges. There are three different flavours, Chocolate Orange, Almond and Raisin and Salted Date Caramel (My fav!)

Nakd bars are literally the best on the go snack you can find. The guys on the stand were so friendly and really happy to have a chat which was lovely and the two new flavours tasted amazing. Carrot Cake and Apricot Crunch. I'm not a big fan of Apricots but this bar is immense. I shoved 3 in my box!

Nutri-Brex.
After their massive win at the Free From Awards it was no surprise that the NutriBrex stand was super busy and buzzing with the arrival of their new flavour, Coconut and Crispy Rice. They were giving out a sample of their cereal topped with either cashew milk, soya yoghurt or almond milk, with berries, chocolate and coconut toppings. I tried the coconut and rice and went back to buy a box immediately!

Rebel Kitchen.
I love Rebel Kitchen. They sell Dairy Free Milkshakes made with Coconut milk. I bought a whole case back from the show last year so had to visit again this year. They've recently launched their Coconut water which I sampled and its lovely, but it had to be the Chocolate shake for me!

This rice milk was being handed out as the entrance, and I couldn't say no. I love trying out different dairy free milks and this is going into my porridge tomorrow morning!

I really had a great time at the show, its become bigger and better this year and hopefully next year will be the same!

Love Lucy xoxo
