Vegan Chocolate Fudge

My mum makes the best homemade chocolate fudge, but she adds in condensed milk and milk chocolate... Slight issue when your dairy free.

So I decided to make my own.

This recipe is super fudgey and chocolatey and contains only 3 ingredients! The texture is so similar to normal fudge!

Also, before freezing, its a deliciously sweet sauce which could go on top of cakes, or if your like me, just spoon it straight from the bowl...Guilty!


  • 100g Coconut Oil.
  • 70ml Date syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Cacao Powder.
  • Nuts of your choice - I used Almonds and Walnuts.
  1. In a bowl add the coconut oil and slowly mix in the date syrup.
  2. Sieve in the cacao powder.
  3. You can always add in more syrup or cacao if its not sweet enough for you! 
  4. Line a dish with cling film and pour in the mixture. Cover in nuts.
  5. Place in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
