June Favourite's

This month has been a busy one, but I have still been able to wonder around and find some new little gluten and dairy free treats.

Livia's Kitchen - Biccy Boms
I found these in Birmingham Selfridges in three different flavours: Ginger, Chocolate and Salted Maca Caramel. I usually would go for chocolate but these Salted Maca Caramels are so delish. They have a caramel centre inside a biscuit with a chocolate coating.
Livia's millionaire bites are always a winner too so if you get the chance then try them then I would strongly suggest buying the whole range! Hopefully one day they will be in Holland and Barrett or a supermarket so they are easier to get a hold of!

My two friends visited Amsterdam this month and bought me these back as a present. I literally had no words when I tried them. Amazing is all I could say. They are by no means healthy, but a lovely gooey biscuity sweet treat. If you get the chance to go to Amsterdam then hunt these out!

These ready meals have been available for a while now but I haven't really had the chance to get my hands on them. But when I visited my Nan last week she bought me one for lunch. They are so quick and easy to cook; put the chicken in the oven to crisp up and microwave the rice. Literally under 15 minutes you have a delicious dinner. i look forward to trying the rest of the range!

I have been a huge fan of Nutribrex for a few years now but they have recently launched a range of Granola's. I got to try them out when I went to Be:Fit last month but when I went to Birmingham Coeliac group's gluten free fayre, I entered the tombola and was lucky enough to win a packet.
I have been eating it with berries and yoghurt, coconut milk and putting it in my smoothies.
I look forward to getting my hands on the other flavours!

Pastry is always a trouble when you are gluten free. Especially puff pastry. Just Roll launched a gluten free puff pastry sheet and because it is rolled as a sheet it makes it so much easier to play with. We all know the struggle of gluten free pastry and rolling it out. And once cooked it is really tasty and puffs up really nicely! I found this is Morrison's.
