March Favourites

Happy Easter!

It's been a while since I've done a post about my favourites, but I've been out and about quite a lot this month and found so many tasty things that are all Gluten free, Dairy free and vegan (Apart from the cheese).

There were so many other things that have been released this month but I may have to save them for another post!

Me and my other half went to a restaurant for date night, but as usual there were no gluten and dairy free options for dessert for me, so we went to Waitrose which was round the corner. I looked in the free from section and settled on just some dark chocolate, but then as we went to the fridge with the fresh cakes, we found these Freaks of Nature pots!!
They come in different flavours, including a caramel cheesecake, but this cocoa loco one was my favourite! It has a smooth chocolate taste and is made of only natural ingredients, so no nasties. There is also a little pot of hazelnuts for the topping which help give it a lovely crunch and some good fats on top!

I saw this on Instagram so many times and I went travelling around 3 different Morrisons stores before I found it.
Some people cannot stomach cows products so this would not be suitable for them. But those that are lactose intolerant, this will be fine.

I have been experimenting with a lot of different vegetarian foods, to try and be more plant based recently. As I have said before, I'm not becoming a vegetarian, but I just enjoy having different alternatives.
These little green bites were lovely and full of flavour. They are full of quinoa, spinach, kale and ginger. I cooked mine up as part of my lunch meal prep and served them with some brown rice and some veggies. Perfect, well done Heck!

I absolutely love peanut butter, I am still undecided whether I prefer smooth or crunchy, depends what mood I am in!
But this Pic's crunchy peanut butter is just the best! It has a really good consistency and the peanuts that they use make the flavour smooth and tasty. I actually met some of the people that work for Pic's at Be:Fit last year, and they were so nice, I would recommend giving both the crunchy and smooth flavour a go!

I commute on the train to work everyday, so when my train is delayed (most days) I have a little look around the shops and usually end up buying some form of treat for the journey home!
I popped into Holland and Barrett for some other items, and because it was buy one get one free on all items, I decided to give this a go. It is the best of all of the flavours that she has out! And look how dense it is, would definitely recommend for an on the go snack or a post workout snack!
